ph58 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph58", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ph58.asia platform, licensed under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the ph58.asia website, all associated mobile-optimised web pages, games, software, services, and any other content or functionality made available through ph58.asia.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the ph58 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the ph58 Platform through which the Player accesses all services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ph58 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player and/or funds converted from Bonus Funds following satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Players before processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating all legal gambling activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the ph58 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ph58, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ph58 regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and ph58, whether written or oral, concerning the same subject matter.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with ph58's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless specifically stated otherwise.

To register for and use the ph58 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active Account:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's age restriction for online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform, or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming platforms of this type.
• You must not be registered in any self-exclusion programme, including PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry, that prohibits you from accessing online gaming platforms.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the ph58 Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee, officer, or director of ph58 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

ph58 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any Player at any time. Failure to provide such proof within the timeframe specified by ph58 may result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access real-money gaming features on ph58, you must register for an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate, and you undertake to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated. ph58 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ph58 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Passport
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ID

ph58 reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm source of funds or address, as required by applicable regulations. Account suspension or withdrawal holds may be applied during the verification process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

ph58 customer support staff will never request your password by any means, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ph58 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph58 immediately.

• You must notify ph58 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• ph58 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity.

ph58 implements multi-layer security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, OTP-based authentication, and anomalous login detection. However, the security of your Account also depends on the security of your personal devices and mobile number.

ph58 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at ph58's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your Account balance.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ph58 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges.
• Deposits made in currencies other than Philippine Peso (PHP) may be subject to exchange rate conversion.
• ph58 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of being associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals from your ph58 Account are subject to the following conditions and processing terms. All withdrawals require completion of the KYC verification process as described in Section 4 before the first withdrawal is processed.

Processing Times

• GCash and Maya: 15–30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: 30–60 minutes during banking hours; overnight processing may apply outside banking hours.
• USDT (crypto): 15–45 minutes, subject to network congestion on the selected blockchain.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• ph58 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of security or compliance checks.

ph58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements, and specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• ph58 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected Players where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless otherwise stated. Multiple Accounts created to claim bonuses will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• ph58 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it has reason to believe a Player has manipulated or abused the bonus system, including through coordinated play with other accounts.

All games offered on the ph58 Platform are governed by specific game rules accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules. The following general gaming rules apply across all games on the Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) rates for each game are indicative of theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the bet will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. ph58 is not liable for losses resulting from network or connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, ph58 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake.
• ph58 reserves the right to suspend or close any game or game category at any time without prior notice for maintenance, regulatory, or operational reasons.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph58 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the ph58 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or participating in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform in an unintended manner.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game for financial gain.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, including through coordinated wagering designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Making or receiving payments to or from third parties through your ph58 Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph58 staff or other Players through any platform communication channel.

ph58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all Players on the ph58 Platform:

All Players must be at least 21 years of age to use the ph58 Platform for real-money gaming, in strict compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements. ph58 will suspend any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Account holder may be under 21 years of age.

• ph58 provides deposit limit tools (daily, weekly, monthly) accessible directly in Account Settings, enabling Players to manage their spending proactively.
• Session time reminders and loss limit tools are also available in Account Settings and can be activated at any time.
• Self-exclusion options ranging from 1 month to permanent closure are available in Account Settings without requiring contact with support.
• ph58 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion programme. Players registered in the national registry will not be permitted to create or access ph58 Accounts.

All content on the ph58 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the property of ph58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph58 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content for any purpose.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph58, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph58 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings or profits arising from a technical failure, network disruption, or game malfunction.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
• Indirect damages resulting from delays, interruptions, or errors in the Platform's services.

ph58's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ph58's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

ph58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Requirement of PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph58 customer support. Upon closure, any verified Real-Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. ph58 reserves the right to conduct security and compliance checks before releasing funds upon Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to ph58's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of referral, either party may escalate the matter to:

• PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, for matters within PAGCOR's jurisdiction; or
• The appropriate courts of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction over the matter.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language or in Filipino as agreed by both parties, in a venue within Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

ph58 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect as follows:

• For material changes, ph58 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
• For minor changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or regulatory updates required by PAGCOR), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
• Your continued use of the ph58 Platform following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision date. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your use of the Platform.
